While we don't provide on-site installation, maintenance,
or repair services, we do have a dedicated technical support
team available both online and offline. Under our warranty policy,
all functional and load-bearing hardware is covered by a two-year warranty from the
date of delivery.
If a functional issue occurs, customers must submit photos or videos depicting the issue,
along with a written description, product number, and proof of purchase, before contacting
BODA support. If a product is confirmed to be defective within the warranty period, we will
replace it. However, please note that this warranty does not cover additional services
such as hardware removal, installation, or transportation.
